RETURN TO THE RIVER 2018
Public Program

Murmuration will be in residence at The Arts Centre Cootamundra throughout June-July and September 2018. Part of our philosophy is to provide access to all people to participate in the arts and we would love for you to connect with us throughout our creative learning, program activities and events below.

Open Studio
Wednesday 4 July 2018 | 10:00am – 12:00pm | Free
Guests will be able to observe the choreographic process and an early development rehearsal of Angela’s new work, shared with Murmur artists.

Interactive Studio Sharing
Friday 7 September 2018 | 6:00pm – 8:00pm | $10
Come and share in an evening with Angela French and Sarah-Vyne Vassallo, exploring Angela’s artistic processes. Observe and be part of an informal discussion with the artists at the end of the sharing.

Arts + Education Workshop
Saturday 16 March 2019 | 12:30pm – 2:00pm | $30
A day of enhancing student’s knowledge and understanding of composition, play building and performance in dance, drama and design through concepts from the making of ‘Return to the River. Participants are encouraged to view the Relaxed Performance following the workshop at 2:30pm.
